Welcome To Troop 253G!

Troop 253G, established in February 2019, is dedicated to helping young girls, ages 11-17, on their journey to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in scouting. We build many lifelong relationships through exciting outings, monthly camping trips, and weekly meetings.

At our weekly meetings, we come together to learn, teach, and practice valuable skills such as first aid, knot tying, plant and animal identification, and much more. These sessions are a great way to share knowledge and help one another grow as scouts.

Three times a year, we participate in friendly competitions where we showcase our skills and challenge ourselves against other troops and patrols.

We meet every Wednesday at Mary’s Nativity School basement, and our camping trips are held once a month. Doors open at 6:15 and start sharply at 6:30. Meetings are from 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. To remain an active member of Troop 253G, each scout is required to attend at least 6 camping trips a year.

Court of honors are held at the church 3 times a year to recognize scout achievements, rank advancements, and merit badges.

Join us as we work towards building leadership skills, making everlasting friendships and memories along the way!
